What we collect

When you send an enquiry we receive the details you chose to include: your name, phone number, email if you gave one, suburb, and whatever you wrote about your rooms and windows. If you used the Fold & Fall Planner, the room plan you built is included in the message you send, visibly, where you can edit it first.

What we use it for

Responding to your enquiry, arranging the free measure, and preparing your quote. We may share your enquiry with a suitable local provider to service your request; that is the working arrangement that gets your windows measured. Your details are not sold, rented, or added to marketing lists.

What this site does in your browser

The planner stores your room plan in your browser's session storage so it survives moving between pages; it stays on your device and disappears when the browser session ends. The enquiry form uses a quiet hidden field to filter automated submissions, so there is no puzzle to solve before you can talk to us. This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics or advertising trackers, and has no newsletter to add you to.

Keeping and correcting your details

Enquiry records are kept for as long as they are needed to handle your job and our records obligations, then removed. If you would like your enquiry details corrected or deleted, reply to any message we have sent you, or send a note through the enquiry form and we will action it.
